Q. What is the difference between your website and the many other online health stores?
A. Evergreen Health Foods was established in 1992 and has grown steadily since. With 5 “bricks and mortar” stores, we have both the knowledge and experience to offer you the best products at the best prices. We only use brands which are tried and trusted and are popular with our customers.

Q. How do I know that my transaction is secure?
A. This website has the latest security built-in to encrypt your payment details. No member of Evergreen Health Foods will ever see your card details, as payment is taken through our payments partner – Realex.

Q. I am looking for a specific product, but can’t seem to find it on this website.
A. Please email us at info@evergreen.ie with the product you are looking for, and we will try to help as much as possible, either by finding the product for you or by getting it listed on this website.

Q. How long will it take to deliver my product?
A. Dispatch will usually occur within 1 working day of order, and delivery will take a further 1 to 2 working days after that (for delivery to ROI). Delivery to the rest of Europe will take up to 7 days.

Q. What do Evergreen use for packaging my orders?
A. Where possible, we will recycle packaging from our in-store deliveries (e.g. bubble-wrap, boxes etc.). It is our intention to re-use as much of this packaging as possible to
(a) keep the postage and packaging costs to a minimum and
(b) to remain as environmentally friendly as possible.

Q. I am not sure if I want the product I have just purchased. What can I do now?
A. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please contact us with your concern. We will issue a full refund for products returned unopened and undamaged.

Q. What if my package does not arrive?
A. If your package does not arrive after a reasonable time frame after despatch, just get in touch and we will arrange delivery of a replacement product.

Q. What if the product I ordered is not in stock?
A. In the unlikely event that we are "out of stock" of a certain product you have ordered, we will let you know if this happens and will place the item on back order for you. If you wish to cancel before the order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund.

Q. What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
A. As normal with the postal service, packages will be available for pick up at the post office; a note will be left by the delivery person to that effect. Alternatively, you could provide us with an address where you are during the day – e.g. a work address. This can be done when you are ordering your products, as the billing address and shipping address can be different if you wish.
Your product may also be delievered by courier - in this case they will call you if you are not there. They will attempt to deliver the next day if they can't get hold of you.

Q. I have returned a product, but no refund has shown up on my credit card. Why is this?
A. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days for a refund to show up on a credit card statement. This is due to the varying transaction times taken by different banks.
