If your order value is €30 or more, then delivery is free to any destination in the Republic of Ireland & United Kingdom (subject to a max weight of 25kg). Order values for less than €30 will incur a fee of €4.99.
Orders to other E.U. countries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We will be as fair as possible - most orders can be processed. However, if your package weighs more than 2kg we will need to get a shipping quote from our postage and/or courier partners. Where this is excessive, we will let you know before we accept any payment.
We use the national postal service for deliveries as well as courier companies. Where we use a courier company - a signature will be required for proof of delivery.
We will dispatch your order within 1 working day
of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.
Delivery times will normally be up to 2 days after dispatch for delivery to Republic of Ireland, up to 4 days after dispatch to the UK and up to 7 days after despatch for all other E.U. countries. (Deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered
next-day after dispatch).
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Please not that we do not presently deliver to the U.S., Australia or New Zealand.
