This tincture uses extracts of the dried roots of the Eleutherococcus plant (also known as Siberian ginseng). Ginseng is most commonly associated with increased
energy levels. This tincture has the potential to improve both mental and physical energy levels, to improve endurance to stress, and to enhance the body’s own restorative actions. It may also aid with female hormone balancing (e.g. menopause). Simply take 20 to 30 drops twice daily in a little water.
