Solo L-Carnitine is an amino acid which may provide energy for muscles. It may increase use of fat as an energy source and therefore may help prevent build up of fat in the heart and liver. L-Carnitine has also been found to increase stamina, sperm count and build muscle tissue. It is suitable for vegetarians or vegans. There are no artificial colours or preservatives.
