Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peel and pit removed, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 tsp of True Natural Goodness coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of Evergreen chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of Evergreen oat flakes
  • 2/3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of VitaCoco coconut water

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
