Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Ecomil vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of frozen blue berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ tsp of Koyu Matcha matcha tea
  • 1 tbsp of Evergreen chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of True Natural Goodness spirulina

Method:

  1. Blend the greens and the milk first until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth.
