Hemp Protein Balls

2 tbsp crunchy peanut/almond butter
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp regular oat flakes
1-2 tbsp roasted buckwheat
- Combine all of the ingredients except the buckwheat.
- Work together into a firm paste.
- Form into small round balls (about the size of a walnut).
- Roll the balls in the buckwheat to cover.
- Refrigerate for approx. 30 mins and enjoy!
