Protein Bread using PlantForce

Prep Time: 75 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients:

400g Flour (Use the kind you like)

90g Plantforce Synergy Protein (Natural)

300ml Plant-based milk (we love Ecomil Sugar Free Almond Milk)

2tsp Salt

1 Pack of yeast

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well.
  2. Put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead it again.
  3. Put the dough in a tray and bake the bread for 40 minutes.
