Raw Coconut Macaroons
Prep Time: 15 mins
- 100g Evergreen organic desicated coconut
- 2 tbsp Meridian maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Optima organic raw virgin coconut oil
- 60g Evergreen organic coconut flour
- 1 tsp Nielsen-Massey organic vanilla extract
1. Place all of the ingredients in a big bowl & mix well.
2. Place them into silicon moulds, ice trays or roll into balls.
3. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
Holds for up to two weeks… if not eaten!
