Heart Health Recipe: Raw Energy Balls
These raw energy balls are the perfect, healthy lunch box filler, ideal for all ages
100g date paste
120g sunflower seed flour
30g Nua Naturals hemp seeds
30g pumpkin seeds
30g Nua Naturals chia seeds
30g Nua Naturals cacao powder
1 tsp Nua Naturals vanilla powder
1 tbsp Nua Naturals coconut oil, melted (if required)
1. Using a food processor, blend the seeds and the date paste.
2. Add in the cacao powder and vanilla and blitz until a dough like consistency forms.
3. If the dough is too dry, add in the coconut oil.
4. Roll the dough into balls and store in the fridge before serving.
