Vegan Christmas Nog
- 1/2 avocado (pitted & frozen)
- 1 banana (peeled & frozen)
- 400ml Amaizin organic coconut milk (chilled in fridge)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 360ml Ecomil almond milk
- 165g Meridian maple syrup
- 1-3 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Evergreen cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp Nielsen-Massey organic vanilla extract
- Cinnamon stick (to garnish)
- 4-8 tbsp bourbon (optional)
1. Add the liquid ingredients into a blender and blend for about 10 seconds to mix.
2. Add in your frozen & dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust spices and liquids if necessary. You can adapt it to how you’d like it.
4. Serve immediately, with a cinnamon stick (optional).
