Vegan Christmas Nog

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado (pitted & frozen)
  • 1 banana (peeled & frozen)
  • 400ml Amaizin organic coconut milk (chilled in fridge)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 360ml Ecomil almond milk
  • 165g Meridian maple syrup
  • 1-3 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Evergreen cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp Nielsen-Massey organic vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon stick (to garnish)
  • 4-8 tbsp bourbon (optional)

Method:

1. Add the liquid ingredients into a blender and blend for about 10 seconds to mix.

2. Add in your frozen & dry ingredients and blend until smooth.

3. Taste and adjust spices and liquids if necessary. You can adapt it to how you’d like it.

4. Serve immediately, with a cinnamon stick (optional).
