Cathy’s Spelt for Health business started after she had an allergic reaction to wheat. It was only then that she discovered spelt flour and its range of health benefits and delicious taste. From there Cathy was asked to bake for her local health food store in Co. Wicklow. She then went on to be a finalist in RTE’s ‘Recipe for Success’. Since then, Cathy has continued baking and growing her business. She now has 5 members in the spelt bread family including: Multiseed, Wholemeal, White Scone, Tomato and Herb and the Flapjack mix.
