Solaris is a Galway-based family business, established by two qualified Medical Herbalists Joerg and Karin Mueller in 2003. Their main goal when starting out was very simple; to provide customers with delicious and health promoting organic herbal teas that are free from artificial flavourings and other additives. And that is exactly what they have done!

They now blend and prepare a wide range of high quality whole-leaf organic teas. This tea has enjoyed huge success since its humble beginnings winning many prestigious awards including Great Taste Awards, Best Irish Organic Grocery Award twice, Eurotoque 2010 awards for an outstanding contribution to Irish cuisine as well becoming semi-finalists in the young entrepreneur’s award.
