This flour naturally contains lots of healthy lipids, carbohydrates, micronutrients, essential amino acids as well as being an excellent source of fibre. VeganEggs can be used to make delicious, fluffy scrambled eggs and omelettes and can also be used as a very effective egg replacer in baking.
It is so easy to cook, simply add 2 level tablespoons of VeganEgg to 115ml of ice cold water and whisk to make 1 egg. They can they be added to your baking mixture or cooked like normal eggs (can take slightly longer to cook). The texture of VeganEggs are very similar to regular eggs and positively impact both your health and the environment. Each portion contains just 33 calories, 0.1g of sugar and 1.5 grams of protein.
