How do I know that my transaction is secure?

Our online health store has the latest security built-in to encrypt your payment details. No member of will ever see your card details, as payment is taken through our payments partner – Realex.


I am looking for a specific product, but can’t seem to find it on this website?

Please email us at with the product you are looking for, and we will try to help as much as possible, either by finding the product for you or by getting it listed on our website. 

What Does 'Back Soon' mean?

Unfortunately, we are experiencing shortages on some products due to Brexit. We hope to have this resolved ASAP, but in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact if you want information on replacement products.

How much is you Click & Collect Service and when will my order be ready?

Our Click and Collect service is always free. It is only available in our Galway Shopping Centre store at the moment. If your order was placed before 11am, your order will be ready by 11am the following day. If you placed your order after 11am, your order will be ready in 2 days. You will receive a shipment email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Orders must be picked up within 3 days after receiving this email. 


How long will it take to deliver my product?

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched in Ireland. 


What do Evergreen use for packaging my orders?

Where possible, we will recycle packaging from our in-store deliveries (e.g. bubble-wrap, boxes etc.). It is our intention to re-use as much of this packaging as possible to 
(a) keep the postage and packaging costs to a minimum and 
(b) to remain as environmentally friendly as possible - a constant goal for Evergreen Healthfoods Ltd. as a whole.


I am not sure if I want the product I have just purchased. What can I do now?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Please contact us with your concern via an e-mail to or via a phone call on (091) 753236. You can also submit your complaint to an online dispute resolution process operated by the European Commission by Clicking Here. We will issue a full refund for products returned unopened, unused and undamaged. 


I wish to return my order, how do I do this?

If you wish to return your order for a refund this must be done so within 28 days. All items must be returned in a saleable condition. Please note the packaging must be untampered for us to issue a refund. Please email if you have any queries. Our return address is as follows:

My discount code won’t apply to my order?

Your discount code may not apply for the following reasons. Your discount code may no longer be valid. Please check the date on the voucher/code. The products in your cart are already discounted. Products on special offer cannot be further discounted. Some categories of products such as infant formula are not permitted under law to be discounted as directed by the Infant Formulae and Follow-on Formulae Regulations 2007 and 2009. Evergreen gift vouchers cannot be discounted.


Can I use my Evergreen Rewards Card online?

Unfortunately the Evergreen Rewards card can only be used in-store and cannot be applied to online orders.


What if my package does not arrive?

If your package does not arrive after a reasonable time frame after despatch, just get in touch via the Contact Us section of our website, explaining your situation and including your order number, and we will arrange delivery of a replacement product.


What if the product I ordered is not in stock?

In the unlikely event that we are "out of stock" of a certain product you have ordered, we will let you know if this happens and will place the item on back order for you. If you wish to cancel before the order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund.


What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

As normal with the postal service, packages will be available for pick up at the post office; a note will be left by the delivery person to that effect. Alternatively, you could provide us with an address where you are during the day – e.g. a work address. This can be done when you are ordering your products, as the billing address and shipping address can be different if you wish.
Your product may also be delivered by courier - in this case they will call you if you are not there. They will attempt to deliver the next day if they can't get hold of you.


I have returned a product, but no refund has shown up on my credit card. Why is this?

Please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days for a refund to show up on a credit card statement. This is due to the varying transaction times taken by different banks.


Is licenced to sell non-prescription medicines online?

Yes, has received approval from the PSI to sell non-prescription medicines online. For more information regarding the PSI please visit or alternatively call +353 1 2184000. All transaction records that contain non-prescription medicines will be retained for a minimum of two years as directed by the PSI.


I am taking prescribed medication, can I take a health supplement?

If you are currently taking any prescribed medication, please consult your doctor before consuming any health supplement.
