Kalms Night

Kalms Night tablets contain valerian, traditionally used for its sedative action to relieve sleeplessness without causing drowsiness the next day. With the aim of helping to promote a refreshing natural sleep by relieving restlessness and sleep disturbances.

This product is strictly not recommended for anyone under 18 years of age or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Also available in a daytime formula.

How to Take

The recommended dose is one tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow one additional tablet earlier during the evening. For oral short-term use only. 

Ingredients

The active substance per film-coated tablet is: 96mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) equivalent to 384 - 480 mg of Valerian root. Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v. The other ingredients are: Extract excipients: Maltodextrin, Colloidal anhydrous silica. Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Prosolv SMCC50 (Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose) Talc, Silicon Dioxide. Coating: Opadry TM White 07F28588 (Hypromellose, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) 3350, Saccharin Sodium)
