Orgran Gluten Free Self Raising Flour contains a mixture of specially selected natural ingredients including maize starch, tapioca starch and rice flour. This flour has been formulated to be as similar to wheat flour as possible to help ensure ease of use in most recipes. This versatile, gluten free, self raising flour can be used in a variety of cakes, bakes and batters. This product is gluten free, wheat free, egg free, dairy free, yeast free and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. All of Orgrans products are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
