It has a rich translucent reddish-golden brown colour and can be used in many different dishes. Thai Gold Fish sauce is derived from fermented fish and is a popular ingredient in many soups, curries and sauces. It is also used as a marinade for fish and meat before cooking. This versatile sauce can also be mixed and used as a tasty dipping sauce for most meals.
