BiaSol's Banana And Maple Muffins

Muffins are such a wonderfully versatile snack. They are really easy to pack for lunch or bring on the go on those busy days. Most importantly, they are delicious and fun to make! Biasol's Whole Fibre Grains make these extra nutritious, oat flakes help fill you with slow-release energy and maple syrup brings a delicious natural sweetness.

Cooking time: 30 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 20g of BiaSol Whole Fibre Grains
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 180g of oats
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 60ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • Toppings - Chocolate Chips, Raspberries or Blueberries

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C/ 356°F/ gas mark 4.

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend!

Spoon mixture into muffin cases and add your toppings.

Pop tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
