Quest Multi B Complex is a quick-release formula which provides B complex vitamins and vitamin C. These help in the release of energy from food, and may help with concentration and general vitality. It provides the full essential scope of B vitamins including Vitamins B1, B2, niacin (B3), B6, B12 and biotin. The formula also includes Vitamin C as it is one of the most important vitamins when trying to achieve optimum health. This formula is designed to help to reduce tiredness and help one to combat fatigue. It is also designed to support both the nervous system and psychological functioning. This supplement is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is free from yeast, wheat and gluten.

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid prep), di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, pantothenic acid (calcium salt), riboflavin prep, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl prep), niacin (as niacinamide), choline bitartrate prep, thiamin (as mononitrate prep), para-aminobenzoic acid, inositol prep, magnesium stearate, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep), biotin prep, silicon dioxide, folacin (as folic acid), glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Click & Collect is only available in our Galway Shopping Centre store at the moment. If you place a click and collect order, you will receive a shipment email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Orders must be picked up within 3 days after receiving this email. If your order was placed before 11am, your order will be ready by 11am the following day. If you placed your order after 11am, your order will be ready in 2 days.

Delivery to the island of Ireland will incur a delivery charge of €4.99 when the order value is below €30. Delivery to any destination within the Island of the United Kingdom (Excluding Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey) will incur a fee of £7.15 (subject to change).
