In today’s world there are thousands of food supplements. There are different brands, quality, formula type and strengths available. This makes the task of selecting the right supplement that much harder. So it’s important to remember why you are thinking of taking a supplement in the first place.

Are you looking to feel better, increase your performance levels, looking to support your immune system or hoping to increase your energy levels? It’s important to keep your end goal in mind throughout the selection process.

What are your dietary requirements?

When was the last time you examined the ingredients list or the nutritional information on the back of your daily multivitamin or fish oil? Did you know that the vast majority of supplements available in stores today contain a laundry list of added ingredients and additives?
